Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our North Carolina studio and the weight of your order.Please note that the estimated arrival date provided at checkout does not include our processing time.Each piece is handmade to order. Please allow 3–8 business days for processing before your order is shipped.During sales or product launches, processing times may be longer.Customers can select the shipping method that best suits their needs during checkout. MISSING Shipment

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or unretrievable from your designated shipping address once it states delivered. We strongly suggest selecting a secure shipping location. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at support@twineandtwigstyle.com ASAP. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. In the event your package does go missing in transit, please notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that you will also need to file a claim with the shipping provider as the recipient.
